The Addiction Recovery Group welcomes everyone, 18 years of older. Whether you’re just beginning your journey by making small changes or are working to maintain an already-established abstinence from addiction, you’ll be welcome here.
What To Know For Your Group Session:
- This is an open group that people can join at any time.
- Pre-registration is required. No walk-ins.
- Attendance is limited to six people.
- This group is not available remotely.
- Each meeting requires a separate registration. You decide when you want to attend.
- The group is held every other Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
What to Expect
Each session starts with a check-in where members have an opportunity to share their recent progress, challenges, and achievements. Sessions cover various topics and content, depending on the needs of the group members. Sharing is encouraged but voluntary.
This is not a 12-step group. This is an evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral recovery group.
