The Anger Management program provides:
    • Six weekly virtual education sessions.
      • In-office sessions are not available.
    • Between session online homework to strengthen the skills you’re learning.
    • A certificate of completion.

Anger Management is ideal for individuals 18 years of age or older who struggle with anger control issuesThis program is not suitable for individuals charged or on probation for intimate partner violence.

Anger Management provides you the opportunity to develop and practice anger control skills in real-life scenarios.
