Virtual Therapy

Virtual therapy is available for individuals seeking personal or relationship therapy. It offers a convenient and enjoyable way to receive support from the comfort of your home or office through a secure connection.

The process is similar to video calls you may have used before, such as Skype or Zoom. For your security and privacy, Jane’s Online Appointments are not designed to record or store audio or video.

One of the most significant advantages of virtual psychotherapy is its convenience.  You can also move between in-office and virtual sessions as needed. You’re not locked into one setting.

System Requirements
    • A computer (desktop or laptop) or a tablet (iPad, Android, etc.) is required.
    • You also need a webcam, microphone, and speakers for the video session.
    • The Jane App is not supported on mobile devices.  Cell phones are not supported.
    • A screen width of at least 475 pixels is required.
    • It is recommended you use the latest version of Chrome on your desktop or laptop.  Microsoft Edge is not a supported browser and you will be prompted to download Chrome instead.
